Job Description: Call Center Representative / Customer Care Representative

Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Work Location: Hybrid & Remote Shifts (Hybrid applicable if within 30 miles of Elk Grove, CA)

We are seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team in providing support to Medicare Advantage members. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients, and accurately documenting information related to patients' accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various call center activities supporting client's Medicare Advantage members.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately document all information related to patients' accounts.
  • Utilize two computer screens to effectively manage workflows and communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of CSR experience required; medical or insurance background preferred.
  • Must provide personal equipment: laptop/desktop, mouse, keyboard, headset, and additional monitor.
  • Ability to work efficiently with two screens.
  • Bi-lingual candidates preferred.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Reliable attendance and engagement are essential. Outstanding performers may transition to permanent positions.

Schedule Options:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday
  • Part-Time: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) + 1 day during the week
